Northern Lights Architecture is teaming up with Marusich Architecture in order to create 22 new housing units in Chassell, Michigan in the Keweenaw Peninsula. A new 2,000 SF restaurant is slated for the US-41 street frontage on the ground floor. Design development & construction drawings are in process. Construction to begin in early Spring 2025, and completion scheduled for late Fall 2025
