The Project was recently awarded to Northern Lights/Marusich Architecture in late June 2024 - Work on the initial Concept Design Phase was competed September 2024
The Project entails energizing the exist storefronts along the LoHo Waterfront District that were accessed on the 2nd level prior to the parking deck removal, and providing new lower access and Facade Revitalization
